Carnival Day

I was hoping to create some "Carnival Art" in honor of the day, but alas time got away from me please enjoy my photos, & try some of this super easy melt in your mouth Recipe for Caramel Corn.

Hulless Caramel Corn Puffs

1 bag hulless / puff corn
1 stick butter
1/4 white Karo syrup
1/2 tsp salt

Microwave above ing. on high for 2 min. Take out & stir. Microwave again on high for 2 min. Take out add 1 teaspoon vanilla, & 1 teaspoon baking soda. Mix well. Pour 1/2 of mixture over puff corn in large brown grocery bag. Shake well. Microwave on high for 90 seconds. Remove & shake well. Add remaining mixture, shake well. Microwave 90 seconds, remove shake well. Micowave another 90 seconds. Remove, shake well, Spread on wax paper to cool.

I am having so much fun at your carnival, loving the hats and all the carnival eye candy. This recipe for Hulless Caramel Corn Puffs, looks so good, I can't wait to try it!
